CRISM Hyperspectral Mapping

In 2018 I started working with the science operations team for the Compact Reconnaissance Imaging Spectrometer for Mars (CRISM) instrument. My role is to help Pythonize a pipeline implemented in IDL for a new mapping product from one of the CRISM observation modes (HSP). My work will help make this mapping product available to the scientific community to use in studying fine spectral properties of the surface of Mars at a moderate spatial resolutions. So far, some of my work from this effort is already publicly available in the form of code contributions to QGIS.
